Digital Goods
Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases of digital goods on Notes of Yore are non-refundable. This is because you are given a copy of a file to download onto your computer, or phone, which can be copied indefinitely. We do not include any DRM or have any way of deactivating your access to the files that you download.
Returns and Refunds for Purchases on Third Party Websites
Notes of Yore does not directly deal with physical products at this time. If you purchased a product on a third-party website that we linked to, then you’ll need to contact them to handle any refunds and returns.
